The Search For Fifty Nemonytes

NEMONYMOUS SEVEN SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. The Nemonymous editor requires a story deemed suitable by its author for inclusion in a projected Nemonymous Seven, whenever that should be published (hopefully May 2007).

2. From 1000 to 8000 words for each story.

3. Payment: 50 UK pounds per story published in the printed Nemonymous Seven.

4. Stories should only be submitted from 1st November 2006 until 31 March 2007 anonymously within the body of an anonymous email to bfitzworth@yahoo.co.uk AND nemonymous@hotmail.com

5. Neither the anonymous email address or the story itself should give any clue as to the author's identity.

6. The story must be original to the author and never published before in any form.  No simultaneous submissions.

7. It is possible that any story will be kept for the whole of the reading period and still not reach the short-list.

8. Fifty stories - all deemed by the editor as suitable for inclusion in Nemonymous Seven - will be picked (hopefully by the end of April 2007) as the short list. The authors of these fifty stories will then reveal his or her identity only to the Nemonymous editor. They will also, at the same stage, opt for their story either (a) to be published anonymously and late-labelled in Nemonymous Eight whenever that should be published or (b) to have their name appearing in a list of Nemonymous Seven authors at the back of Nemonymous Seven in a random order with their name later to be attached to the correct story by notification in a projected Nemonymous Eight whenever that should be published.  All stories will be correctly assigned to its author on the internet after a period of six months since the issue of Nemonymous Seven.

9. Following stage 8. above, the Nemonymous editor will choose the final stories to be printed in Nemonymous Seven.  This is anticipated to be between 8 and 12 stories in total.

10.  The decision of the Nemonymous editor is final regarding all points above.

11. By submitting a story, any author accepts the above terms.

12. The Nemonymous editor would be grateful if each author would keep his or her submissions to a maximum of two stories at any one time.
